Season's Greetings fellow blogger.
Yet another sem draws to a close. It's time to grind a 20-odd day vacation. My forehead is relieved of its folds, my eyes turn slits and i sit cross legged inclined to the right - this is the natural me. Early black on the day of the last exam i join a group of felloemen for a few beers(man, they drink) and a 4 course punjabi meal. I get home and check , not all of the 200 odd unchecked mail, followed by 'Alai Payuthey' and 'The Broker'.
Day 2, im wedded to this mass of technology and the idiot box.
Wossup?--
A similar schedule follows for the rest of the week. Evening with friends. A trip to Lonavla over the weekend with cousins. Won't the tentacles of engineering spare me? I enroll myself with tuitions for the next semester before the mob comes at my like an army of orgs.
Also, a plan for a 15 over one dayer with 11 peers on boxing day. Skipper, quicky and slogger, myself with 10 other remotely talented souls agains 11 unfortunate ones.
A trip Thirupathi the day after. One of the significant phases of the vacation. For me to get in touch with the spiritual side. And most importantly, to prevent my sem3 scores from dropping with the temerature next year. A silent prayer to the Lord Balaji.
The 31st with a multitude of relatives- Parents, blood, brethren, brood, children, clan, progeny, race, relations, peripas, perimas etc etc
The penultimate day of vacations with peers sipping on breezer as i watch them binge. Dinner follows. Jan 2nd- Back to the grind..
The next sem is even- a stress buster for many. One we look forward to as we prepare for the fest. My hands itch to get hold of willow for the upcoming cricket season. However, participation/performance depends on the product of sem3.
PS: This wasn't outta my diary....
