"Freedom of speech" as it's known. Why would you white clad brothers pull up someone for tHis? All due respects to the cultural background of the rice bowl.
A degree of broad mindedness would do a lot good.
Sex, by many, is a taboo, not just down south but all over the country. Pre marital, a sin.
What do i make of this?
A trivial issue not worth blowing up. It was just a remark, not an imposition.

The 'Pattali Makkal'- These chaps are caged within some 'pseudo - culture'.
The slipper garland for Suhasini did a lot good to their status and cultural background. I'd recommend channelizing this grit and agression into something more constructive, flood relief etc. It would do a lot good for the state, and the mindset.
As for Mr. Sharad Kumar, "Let us play Kodeeshwaran......."


On a serious note:
I do respect the behemothic level of hero worship down south. However, pulling one up for an opinion wasn't the smartest of moves. Cine stars are idolised on the Deccan, and looked up to by one and all. I, however, do not subscribe to the 'pre-marital' sex theory. I do believe that there is an age and a degree of maturity for everything. Life is short, so enjoy, 'yes' , but this isn't the best of ways to funk- nothing more than a display of wannabe adulthood . Pre-mature activities like these have no place in our society, rightly so.
As for Khushboo, a toast for the brave opinion in a culturally warped state. Apotheosis is a way of life, and people would shed their skins to be like their heroes and look up to everything they do or believe. She probably failed to realize that. Anyway, to err is human ....
