Soft, nerdy, hapless Indian targets have been a favourite dart board for the junkie for all they could use to retaliate to golf clubs and baseball bats would be textbooks and pencils.
Thankfully, this time around, deaf bureaucratic ears have heard them cry foul. With the issue escalating to the ministry of external affairs, one would expect the result of negotiations to be fruitful. Stringent protective measures are the need of the hour rather than companions in remorse from the high command.
